Your tickets already know what your help center is missing
Mazic reads your Zendesk or Intercom, ranks every knowledge-base gap by the tickets it's costing you, then generates the fix: a product video and a step-by-step article, published into the help center you already run.
Read-only access·Nothing to migrate·No credit card
Every release makes your docs a little more wrong.
You ship weekly. Nobody re-writes the help center weekly. The gap lands in your ticket queue.
Your team answers the same question again and again. The article that would stop it has been "next sprint" since March.
The feature went live in April. The doc explaining it still doesn't exist. The tickets about it do.
You rolled out an AI agent. Stale articles make it confidently wrong. Missing ones leave it with no answer at all.
Support is going agentic. And every AI agent is only as good as the knowledge base underneath it.
The whole industry has made its bet: Fin, Ada, Zendesk AI, agents answering customers first, humans second. But an agent can't answer from an article that doesn't exist, and it repeats a stale one with total confidence. The day your bot went live, your knowledge base stopped being a content project and became infrastructure. Mazic is how you keep that infrastructure true.
One loop: detect, create, maintain.
Other tools give you a faster pen. Mazic tells you what to write, writes it in both formats, and keeps it current.
Your tickets set the roadmap
Connect Zendesk or Intercom, read-only. Mazic clusters every ticket by topic, checks it against your knowledge base, and ranks each gap, missing and stale, by what it's costing you.
Approve a gap, get both fixes
Mazic auto-drafts the video and article from the answers your team already gave in tickets. Or create from scratch: describe the flow in plain English, or record your screen once.
Product changed? Regenerate.
Content is defined by the flow, not frozen in a recording. When your UI changes, Mazic re-captures new screenshots, new video, and an updated article, then republishes.
One gap. Two fixes.
Readers get the article. Watchers get the video. Your AI support agent gets ground truth that's actually true.
How to cancel a subscription
Auto-zooms on every click, studio voiceover, your brand kit. Embed it in the article, your app, or onboarding.
Cancel your subscription, step by step
Numbered steps with current screenshots, written to your style guide. Publishes straight to your knowledge base.
Built for the job the other tools circle.
✕AI video tools
Make content 20× faster, but have no idea what your customers are actually asking.
✕AI help centers
Know what customers ask, but make you migrate your whole help center. And they can't make a video.

Can I use a prompt or a recording to create videos and docs that aren't tied to a gap?+
Yes. Mazic is a full creation tool underneath the loop. Create anything, any time, three ways: let Mazic auto-draft from resolved tickets, describe any flow in plain English, or record your screen once. Onboarding videos, feature announcements, internal how-tos: all fair game. The gap report just tells you what's most worth making first.
Do I have to record my screen every time, like other video tools?+
No, and that's the biggest difference. Every other video tool starts with you performing a recording. In Mazic, you just write a prompt describing the flow, and our AI captures the screens and generates the video and article for you. In practice that covers roughly 70% of what a help center needs, with zero time spent recording. The other 30% or so, the complex or unusual flows, you record once. Mazic generates both formats from the recording.
How does Mazic know what's missing from our help center?+
We sync your Zendesk or Intercom (read-only), cluster tickets by topic, and match each cluster against your existing articles. Topics with no article, or with one that's outdated, get ranked by monthly ticket volume, so you always see the most expensive gap first.
How can you auto-generate content without me writing anything?+
Because your team already wrote the answer, inside the resolved tickets. Mazic drafts the article and video script from how your agents actually solved the issue, then captures fresh screenshots and video from your demo environment. You review, edit anything, and approve.
Will anything publish to our customers automatically?+
No. Every video and article lands as a draft. You can edit the script, voiceover, screenshots, and steps. Nothing goes live without your approval. During the founding cohort, our team also reviews every piece before it ever reaches you.
Do we have to migrate our help center?+
Never. Mazic publishes into what you already run: Zendesk Guide, Intercom Articles, HelpScout Docs, or GitBook. Your URLs, your SEO, your setup, untouched.
What access do you need, and is our data safe?+
Two things: read-only access to your ticket tool for gap analysis, and a demo or sandbox account for capturing screens. Never production, never customer data. Your data isn't used to train any models, and we'll sign your DPA.
How is this different from AI video tools or AI help centers?+
Video tools make content faster but don't know what your customers are asking. AI help centers know what customers ask, but make you migrate your whole help center, and they can't make a video. Mazic reads your tickets and fixes the help center you already have, in both formats.
